Summary
Join Everllence USA, a leading manufacturer and service provider of highly engineered turbomachinery, as a Regional Sales Support Team Intern within the PrimeServ Industries division. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical environment while contributing directly to commercial operations, sales processes, and performance improvement initiatives. This internship offers a meaningful opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Master SAP CRM Quickly: Build proficiency in SAP CRM to support sales and service operations.
- Commercial Team Rotation: Spend time with the commercial team to understand core sales processes including quote generation, order intake, and invoicing.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with sales, operations, field service, and commercial teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that are currently untracked.
- KPI Development: Design systems within CRM to capture new KPI data points and create dashboards that measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring bottlenecks, determine root causes, and collaborate with relevant team members to explore solutions.
- Project Coordination: Support project-related activities across multiple departments and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly progress updates and insights to management.
Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate in Business or MBA is strongly preferred. or Mechanical Engineering desired.
Experience
- No prior experience required—just bring your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- SAP experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
- Occasional walking between office and shop areas
