Corporate Associate
This attorney role will center on corporate and transactional matters, trusts regulatory and civil litigation, depending on factors including interest and experience. You will have meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction and input in matters from strategy through execution, alongside Partners. The role will be structured based on areas of interest and prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time, in-person role located on site in Miami, Fl. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice in the corporate setting (this includes contract drafting, entity formation, operational counsel, capital raising as well as advisement on transactional matters), conducting research, negotiating and representing clients other day-to-day tasks associated with the role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Admitted to the Florida Bar
1-5 years experience
Two years of experience preferred in at least one of the following areas:
· corporate (whether as transactional, external or in-house counsel)
· trusts and estates
· taxation
· commercial litigation
Experience in two or more of these areas is a plus but not required.
Candidate must be detail-oriented, versatile and effective in communications including with clients.
