Salary: $75,000 Commission

We are partnered with an established commercial roofing contractor expanding in the Savannah market and are looking to bring on a Service Sales Representative to drive service and maintenance revenue.

This role is focused on building relationships, identifying service opportunities, and generating recurring revenue through repairs, maintenance, and small projects. You will be supported by an experienced operations team and consistent service demand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate new business through service, maintenance, and repair opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility teams, and building owners
• Conduct roof inspections and identify service needs
• Develop proposals for repairs, maintenance, and small projects
• Manage your pipeline from initial contact through close
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure execution
• Maintain consistent follow-up and client communication
• Track activity, pipeline, and sales performance

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in commercial roofing service sales or related field
• Proven ability to generate and close service-related work
• Strong knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified, coatings)
• Ability to build relationships and generate repeat business
• Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting with clients regularly
• Experience with CRM or service platforms is a plus

Compensation

• $75,000 base salary
• Commission structure tied to service and production revenue
• Company vehicle or allowance
