Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 Commission
We are partnered with an established commercial roofing contractor expanding in the Pittsburgh market and are looking to bring on a Service Sales Representative to drive service and maintenance revenue.
This role is focused on developing and managing client relationships, identifying service opportunities, and generating recurring revenue through repairs, maintenance, and small projects.
This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to sell service work and wants the support, structure, and platform to scale their book of business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business through service, maintenance, and repair opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility teams, and building owners
- Conduct roof inspections and identify service needs
- Develop proposals for repairs, maintenance, and small projects
- Manage your pipeline from initial contact through close
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure execution
- Maintain consistent follow-up and client communication
- Track activity, pipeline, and sales performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in commercial roofing service sales
- Proven ability to generate and close service-related work
- Strong knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified, coatings)
- Ability to build relationships and generate repeat business
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting with clients regularly
- Experience with CRM or service platforms is a plus
Compensation
- $85,000–$90,000 base salary
- Commission structure tied to service and production revenue
