Tender Specialist: Do you have a talent for understanding and communicating technical subject matter? Our tender specialists play a key role, working with our sales and project teams to ensure tender documents are not only comprehensive and accurate, but also present Mammoet solutions as effectively as possible. The Tender Specialist is responsible for understanding aspects of the market sector, completing tender documents and formulating proposals in conjunction with the sales specialists to ensure the client receives the best valued overall strategy for their project. This person will need to be motivated, self-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment to be successful in this critical role.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supporting sales teams to ensure best quality tender documentation
- Helping to ensure tenders meet customer expectations
- Offering a complete suite of technical expertise on project estimating and technical operations
- Adding value to existing customer and Mammoet analyses of risks and opportunities
- Leading responses to technical matters and queries
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Professional level experience in operational practices, HLT equipment, sales systems, and MS Office suite.
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Associate's or above degree in Engineering or Draftsman Certification
