What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing vendor invoices
- Verifying and reconciling purchase order invoices and recurring payments
- Providing basic reports
- Managing internal and external enquiries
- Working in line with departmental systems, standards, and processes
- Medium level experience in MS Office suite.
- Basic level experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- English, proficient verbal and written
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- 2 years of relevant work experience or an associate degree in finance or administrative discipline
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience working with a globally recognized company
