What You’ll Be Doing
- Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and cost control for assigned projects.
- Collaborate and support with project management teams to ensure project success.
- Data analysis, including collection, interpretation, and reporting.
- Communication with stakeholders, clear reporting, and teamwork.
- Ensuring accounting information is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Build, manage and control project budgets and forecasts
- Identifying contractual changes and risks specific to project budgets and forecasts
- Development of Change Orders and managing the process internally
- Complying with relevant budgets, standards, and procedures
- Using financial systems and software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field equivalent.
- Professional level experience in accounting, finance reporting standards (including IFRS and GAAP) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, contract analysis and data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience in SAP.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Experience in the heavy lift and transport industry, preferred.
