Mambo Mountain Italian is looking for Experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team in Whitefish, MT.
We are seeking cooks who already understand the pace and discipline of a professional kitchen and want to be part of a team that values consistency, teamwork, and great food.
At Mambo, our kitchen team is cross-trained across all stations, allowing the right candidate to build skills and grow beyond a single role.
Pay
Starting at $17–20 /hour, depending on experience
Highly experienced candidates with strong sauté or high-volume line experience may qualify for higher starting pay.

Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time available

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards
- Work efficiently during high-volume service
- Maintain station cleanliness and organization
- Communicate with the kitchen team during service
- Assist with prep and closing duties
- Learn and work multiple kitchen stations
