Responsibilities

- Assist in prep work, including chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients for daily service.
- Maintain stock levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or supply needs.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to portion control and plating standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
