Position Summary
The Production Manager reports to the VP of Manufacturing and supports
personnel management and day-to-day operations of the manufacturing

Responsibilities
**Team Leadership & Personnel Management**
- Manage a mid-sized production team, building and maintaining
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee new employee training, and assess team members skills and
- Lead performance evaluations and compensation reviews
- Oversee timekeeping and timecard approval
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and
- Assist with task delegation and provide hands-on support on the
**Production & Operations**
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve

- Create and maintain quality standards; track and oversee quality

- Own the SQDCI Operational Metric Board, including:
- - Maintaining a database of daily and weekly incidents

- Leading weekly huddles with the production team to review
- Serve as first point of contact for facility security system alerts
- Manage and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Maintain the safety manual and coordinate safety training
- Lead the safety committee and serve as point of contact for safety
- Conduct monthly safety inspections
- Build strong collaborative relationships with peers and management
- Participate in broader leadership initiatives as needed
- Present operational information and updates clearly to management
- 5 years of production management or senior supervisory experience,

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodology
- Significant experience with manufacturing safety protocols
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3 or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
- CNC experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the
