Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are a well-established commercial construction company seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, construction expertise, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project procurement and subcontractor management.
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred.
