Position Summary
The Manager, Facilities is responsible for the enterprise-wide strategy, execution, and
continuous improvement of facilities, and sanitation operations across all Mama’s Creations
locations. This role ensures buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and site services are safe,
compliant, environmentally responsible, and operationally reliable. This role is both strategic and
hands-on. In addition to establishing enterprise facilities standards, systems, and priorities, the
Senior Manager will actively support facilities and sanitation execution, including on-site
troubleshooting, inspections, project support, and direct coordination with contractors and
regulatory agencies, as needed. With a commitment to Grandma Quality, demonstrated by pride

Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise leadership for facilities operations across all manufacturing and office
- Establish, execute, and continuously improve enterprise facilities standards, policies, and
conditions.
- Serve as a hands-on facilities leader, actively supporting on-site facilities work as needed,
- Ensure facilities operations support safe, compliant, and efficient production and
- Oversee preventive and corrective facilities maintenance related to building systems,
water, and wastewater systems.
- Own facility-related permitting and approvals, including building permits, inspections,
- Serve as the primary enterprise interface with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs),

- Actively coordinate inspections, approvals, and close-outs, ensuring projects and

- Own sanitation execution and readiness across all facilities in alignment with FSQAdefined standards, SOPs, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and manage a defined group of dedicated sanitation employees, ensuring staffing,

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Engineering,

- 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management within manufacturing or
- 3 years of experience leading facilities teams or site-based leaders in a multi-site
- Demonstrated ability to both lead and perform facilities work, including building systems
- Strong working knowledge of industrial building systems, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of environmental compliance requirements, including wastewater,
- Experience managing permits, inspections, contractors, and regulatory interactions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and lead through influence.
- Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated environments.
- Ability to regularly perform on-site facilities work, including walking, standing, climbing,
- Ability to navigate stairs, ladders, catwalks, rooftops, and uneven surfaces safely.
