What you’ll do
- Prepare ingredients and components for production runs
- Maintain clean, organized production and kitchen areas
- Conduct quality checks on both inputs and finished goods
- Package finished products for retail distribution
- Comply with all food safety rules and health codes
- Accurately complete production records and logs

- Hands-on experience or comfort working on a production line
- Strong adherence to safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow instructions precisely

- $250 after 90 days
- $500 after 180 days
Eligibility requires active employment and good standing at each milestone. Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and company policies.
