A day in this roleYou’ll arrive for your scheduled shift in either Farmingdale or Bay Shore and get right to work keeping ingredients and finished goods moving safely and accurately through our cold chain. You’ll verify counts, label and stage product, and record transactions in NetSuite. Throughout the shift, you’ll pull orders, replenish inventory, and operate a forklift to load/unload while following food safety procedures—including taking and recording temperatures before and after stocking.
What you’ll do- Execute end-to-end warehouse tasks: packing, labeling, picking, stocking, inventory counts, shipping, receiving, and loading.
- Use NetSuite to transact inventory movements and maintain accurate records in real time.
- Operate a forklift and related equipment safely; follow all warehouse and food safety SOPs.
- Take, log, and verify product temperatures before and after stocking to protect cold-chain integrity.
- Keep work areas organized; practice safe lifting and handling at all times.
- 1 years of hands-on warehouse experience covering the areas above.
- Required: NetSuite proficiency.
- Required: Ability to operate a forklift safely.
- Highly preferred: Experience with food, refrigeration, and other perishables.
- Reliability, organization, and a strong safety mindset.
- Comfort with the physical nature of the work: extensive standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and equipment operation.

Eligibility for milestone bonuses requires active employment and good standing at each checkpoint. Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and company policies.
