Laborer (Hands‑On, Fast‑Paced, Always Moving)
This is not a stand‑around position. Laborers are a critical part of our crew and stay busy all day.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Cleaning, stacking, and moving forms
- Keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and safe
- Picking up, moving, and returning tools and equipment—often multiple times per day
- Assisting finishers and crew wherever needed
- Learning the concrete trade by being involved in every phase of the job
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay on your feet all day
- Comfort working outdoors in all types of weather
- Your own basic gear: tool belt, hammer, tape measure, and mud boots
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A good attitude and the ability to take direction and adapt as the day changes
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the trade, stay active, and be part of a real crew.
Work Schedule & Expectations (We’re Upfront About It)
- Typical 8‑hour workdays, weather permitting
- Occasional overtime depending on the job
- Some days require return trips for saw cutting
- Limited Saturdays—not every week, but sometimes necessary
- We work hard when it’s time to work and go home when the job is done
