What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting forms accurately to grade
- Placing and shaping expansion joints and edges
- Operating hand trowels, floats, edgers, jointers, and straightedges
- Applying hardening and sealing products for proper curing
- Working as part of a fast‑moving crew on commercial and residential jobs
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience on large-scale projects
- Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role
- Your own basic tools: tool belt, hammer, tape measure, and mud boots
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
- Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Schedule & Expectations (We’re Upfront About It)
- Typical 8‑hour workdays, weather permitting
- Occasional overtime depending on the job
- Some days require return trips for saw cutting
- Limited Saturdays—not every week, but sometimes necessary
- We work hard when it’s time to work and go home when the job is done
