Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in Burlington, VT. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, janitorial work, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects.

The work hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

• Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
• Computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Pay Range: $23-25/hour depending on previous experience.
