Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of landscape workers in daily operations - Plan and execute landscape projects, including garden design, irrigation installation, tree care, and landscape maintenance - Supervise and participate in lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and edging - Provide leadership and guidance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols - Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences - Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment - Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service Qualifications: - Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction - Strong knowledge of garden design principles, irrigation systems, tree care, and lawn care practices - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and enjoy leading a team, we would love to hear from you.
