Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Shift: 12-Hour Variable Days, Evenings & Nights
Contract: 13 Weeks
Join a fast-paced Level II Trauma Emergency Department providing care for a diverse patient population, including trauma, stroke, cardiac, neuro, pediatric, geriatric, and respiratory emergencies.
Requirements- Active Wisconsin RN License
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department experience
- At least 1 year of completed travel nursing experience (required)
- Level II Trauma experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Level II Trauma Center
- 18-bed Emergency Department
- Stroke-certified facility
- Patient ratio: 3–4 patients per RN
- RNs perform lab draws and nebulizer treatments
- In-house laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, and X-ray services
- Pyxis medication dispensing system
- Fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- 13-week contract
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Variable 12-hour shifts (days, evenings, and nights)
- Float to nearby facilities if needed
- Every other weekend and holiday
- Eligible for up to 36 hours of low census during the assignment
- Professional scrubs of any solid color accepted
