Are you mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career opportunity? We are seeking a motivated Offset Press Feeder to join our team on 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn an exciting skilled trade in the printing and packaging industry while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As an Offset Press Feeder, you will play a critical role in helping set up and operate state-of-the-art printing presses, ensuring production runs efficiently and safely. We're looking for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a sense of urgency to keep production moving and customers satisfied.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the setup and operation of offset printing presses.
- Pull paper loads and prepare materials for production runs.
- Monitor press performance and help troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Support press operators to ensure quality standards and production schedules are met.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures while working in a team-oriented environment.
- Work any shift as needed to support production demands.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in machinery.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
