Carpentry /Laborer Position
Small custom home building company seeking a motivated laborer with light carpentry experience for high-end residential projects in the Maine and New Hampshire seacoast area. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to contribute to exceptional custom homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site clean-up and help maintain a safe, organized job site
- Protect finished surfaces and materials to ensure the highest standards of care on high-end residential projects
- Assist with light carpentry
- Framing and interior/exterior finish experience
- Support the build team with day-to-day tasks and project needs
- Help maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism on site at all times
Qualifications
- Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Team-player mentality with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Light carpentry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work carefully and respectfully in high-end residential environments
