The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks related to document processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Print, mail, fax, and scan documents for various departments as needed and record in our case management system.
- Ensure all documents are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Handle basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of document processing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is a plus.
