Main Objectives of the Customer Service Representative:
- Greet customers in-person at community activations with warmth and professionalism.
- Explain our client’s telecom services, products, and promotions in an engaging, understandable way.
- Convert conversations into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections tactfully to build trust and satisfaction.
- Track customer interactions, sales data, and feedback to support team performance.
- Assist with sales logistics collaborating with fellow Customer Service Representatives and Sales teams
- Participate in team huddles and share insights on customer engagement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotional campaigns to better assist customers.
