DTG Production & Inventory Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process production using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printers, pre-treat and heat press equipment to execute apparel prints to the highest level of quality, speed and efficiency possible.
• Stage orders in preparation for DTG printing - Utilize heat press equipment to produce on demand apparel for consumer orders
• Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high-quality, accurate prints.
• Finish, touch-up & remove excess ink defects from garments.
• Fold and package garments per specifications.
• Ensure accuracy on each order. Verify counts, decoration locations and sizes. - Properly record scrap, production and replacements.
• Enter data into production logs and inventory system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace;
• Process and achieve online order fulfillment accuracy and daily order fulfillment goals;
• Monitor and communicate stock levels, help manage inventory accuracy and product sell-thru;
• Help in finishing and other areas where needed;
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space and in work area;

EDUCATION, SKILLS & TRAINING

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Relevant experience minimum 1 year direct to garment printing and using heat press and pretreat machines may be considered in place of formal education;

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
