As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of personal insurance clients (Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.). You will handle the clients account from quoting new business to processing renewals and handling claims inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Account Servicing: Manage day-to-day inquiries, process endorsements, and resolve billing orcoverage questions.
- Renewals & Retention: Proactively review upcoming renewals, re-market accounts whennecessary to find better rates, and negotiate with carriers to ensure client retention.
- Client Advisory: Identify gaps in coverage and recommend additional lines (account rounding) tofully protect clients.
- Claims Support: Act as a liaison between the client and the carrier to facilitate the claims process
Qualifications:
* License: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License, or will train qualified candidate.
* Experience: 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance helpful, but not required.
* Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS360) and rating software.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
