What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Account Manager position at Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates?
Deland, Gibson is a well-established, Five Star Accredited Insurance Agency and proud recipient of the 2024 Silver Winner – Best Agencies to Work For (East) by Insurance Journal. We are committed to delivering exceptional client service while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients- helping them protect what matters most through proactive service, thoughtful guidance, and strong relationship management.
As an integral member of our Personal Lines team, the Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, providing day-to-day service, coverage guidance, and risk management support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a team-based environment.
Office Location Openings: Franklin, Worcester, Dennis Port, Westwood, Wellesley & Duxbury
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
We're early adopters of new technology and AI-driven tools, but we're also the agency where a real person picks up the phone when a client calls- we believe both matter. Good ideas don't get lost here: when you see a smarter way to manage renewals or serve a client, we listen, and if it works, it becomes how we do business. You'll have direct access to agency leadership, real opportunities to grow into new responsibilities, and a team that shows up for each other- not because they have to, but because that's how we work.
