We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall implementation
Coordinate and allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
Work closely with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials
Negotiate and manage subcontractor pricing, change orders, and scope adjustments
Maintain project quality and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications
Monitor progress, identify issues early, and drive solutions to keep projects on track
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction project management or a related field
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and budgeting
Familiarity with construction management software
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
