What You’ll Do
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance functions to keep our communities running smoothly and residents happy, including but not limited to:
- Light bulb & filter changes
- Lock repairs/replacements
- Window covering installation/repair
- Caulking, painting, plastering, sanding
- Vinyl repair & installation
- Basic electrical & plumbing work
- Tile, carpet, and flooring repairs
- Addressing ceiling leaks
- Inspecting and coordinating make-ready repairs and services

We’re seeking someone handy, hardworking, and reliable who can work well independently or as part of a team and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or six months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good time management skills and strong customer service orientation
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company well
- Ability to safely use all types of hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required
