We are seeking an IT Application Developer to support the design, development, and integration of enterprise applications in a secure, high-availability environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack development experience with .NET technologies, along with exposure to modern data and AI-driven solutions. This position requires a balance of hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications supporting business operations
- Build and support integrations between internal systems, third-party applications, and data platforms
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to consume and present data from warehouses and reporting systems
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment within a structured development environment
- Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing system enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions
- Maintain documentation related to application architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Support secure development practices and ensure proper handling of sensitive data
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including the evaluation and integration of AI/ML capabilities where appropriate
- Assist in developing and optimizing data models, workflows, and automation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance and security standards
- 3 years of experience in application development (full-stack preferred)
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server

- Familiarity with working across structured and unstructured data sources
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
