Light Industrial Workers
MAKO Finished Product, Inc. is a local manufacturer of machined metal and plastic products. We are a young, growing company looking for light industrial workers to set-up, maintain and operate our various automated and manual equipment. MAKO prides itself as an equal opportunity employer. We have jobs from operating highly sophisticated CNC Machines all the way to sorting and processing very small seals in various product lines.
A great operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and within safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
The goal will be to ensure that safety and production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of personal protective equipment)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Able to follow production procedures
- Attention to detail
- All potential Applicants will undergo a thorough background check and mandatory drug test .
