The Role
We are currently looking for a Sales & Trade Account Manager to help oversee our growing trade accounts, assist in planning trade shows, manage customer service inquiries, and expand our sales outreach. We are a hands-on and collaborative team, and as we grow bigger every year, the opportunities to grow alongside the brand are endless!
Responsibilities
- Help manage and set up new trade accounts via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Partner with the total Wholesale team to support market sell-in four times a year.
- Present product classifications and drive bookings during markets by making suggestions and finalizing seasonal orders. Markets may be remote, in-person, or at select trade shows; strong product knowledge for each new season is mandatory.
- Assist in answering customer service emails concerning order placement and product questions.
- Manage sales and ad campaigns, including content creation and ongoing research for optimization.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Provide support in planning trade shows, including marketing efforts, space planning, communications, and sales outreach.
- Attend trade shows at least twice a year to conduct networking and sales.
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in the furniture industry strongly recommended.
- Prior marketing experience recommended but not required.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
- Willing to travel for trade shows and photoshoots.
- Familiarity with Airtable or Shopify is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, or Adobe Illustrator is beneficial, though not required.
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, plus a 10% annual performance bonus.
