The Houseperson plays a vital role in supporting the Housekeeping team by maintaining supplies, assisting with room readiness, and ensuring public and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly and helping create a polished and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

Requested Tasks
- Deliver and stock linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies throughout the property
- Assist Room Attendants with room readiness, including removing trash and used linens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets, storage areas, and service corridors
- Support the cleaning and upkeep of public areas as needed
- Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest service requests
- Transport laundry, trash, and supplies between departments
- Assist with setup and breakdown of housekeeping equipment and carts
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Required to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to use cleaning sprays, solutions and other products
