This role supports the Banquet Manager by overseeing event setup, service, and breakdown while guiding team members to deliver a polished and memorable guest experience.

This role supports the Banquet Manager by overseeing event setup, service, and breakdown while guiding team members to deliver a polished and memorable guest experience.
Requested Tasks
- Supervise banquet and catering staff during events, ensuring service standards are consistently met
- Oversee event setup, service execution, and breakdown in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Provide direction and support to servers, bartenders, and housepersons during events
- Ensure event spaces are properly set, clean, and organized at all times
- Monitor service flow and address any operational issues promptly
- Serve as a point of contact for team members and assist with guest needs as they arise
- Ensure adherence to service standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training and onboarding of banquet team members
- Maintain clear communication with Banquet Manager, Culinary team, and other departments
- Support inventory control and proper handling of equipment and supplies
- Prior experience in banquets, catering, or hospitality service required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of banquet service standards and event operations
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
