At The Greenleigh, every event is an opportunity to create something memorable. The Events & Catering Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional service for meetings, weddings, and special events—ensuring each guest experience is seamless, thoughtful, and elevated.

Requested Tasks
- Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service during banquet and catered events
- Set up and break down event spaces in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Serve meals, beverages, and courses in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained throughout events
- Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and event details
- Collaborate with Banquet team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Follow all service standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with resetting rooms between events as needed
- Prior experience in banquets, catering, or restaurant service preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional, polished, and service-focused demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects
- Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
