At The Greenleigh, every guest experience begins with a thoughtfully prepared space. The Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail—ensuring each guest room reflects the elevated standards and welcoming spirit of the property.
This role is essential in creating a clean, inviting environment where guests feel relaxed, cared for, and at home.
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathroom
- Ensure all guest rooms meet The Greenleigh’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
- Follow proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and use of chemicals
- Support team members and assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional and guest-focused demeanor
