What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bellperson position at Makeready LLC?
Requested Tasks
-Escort guests to room, delivery luggage, messages, packages and any other hotel items for the convenience of the guests
-Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
-Ensure guest is familiar with the room features upon arrival (i.e. thermostat)
-Maintain presence in the lobby, when not delivering luggage to guest room, offering assistance to guests
Requested Capabilities
-Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (luggage, packages, etc.)
-Approachable and professional personality
-Ability to read guests' and expect their needs
-Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs
-Ability to walk and stand for extended periods at a time
