What are the responsibilities and job description for the People and Culture Coordinator position at Makeready LLC?
This team member will play a key role in helping us build and sustain a vibrant team member experience that is grounded in a culture of belonging where people feel valued, supported, and connected to each other and share in the co-creating of the company’s vision. You have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help support the operations team.
Requested Tasks
-Facilitate all P C processes
-Act as a liaison between team members and benefit providers, such as 401k, etc.
-Resolve problems with benefit access, time clock, engagement activities
-Assist with new hire onboarding and benefits administration
-Assist with event planning and training processes
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience is highly preferred
-Approachable, personable and friendly personality
-Attention to detail and highly organized
-A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information
