This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.
Requested Tasks
-Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
-Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
-Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation
Requested Capabilities
-At least 3 years of related professional cooking experience
-Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
-Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
-Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
-Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
-Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
