The Assistant to the Outlet Manager for Food & Beverage plays a critical role in supporting the overall management and operational success of the food and beverage outlets. This position ensures smooth daily operations by assisting in staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service excellence. The role involves collaborating closely with the Outlet Manager to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and optimize revenue. The Assistant will also help maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
