Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and food items to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the coffee industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, using POS and following our coffee-making procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and answering questions about our menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food handling and preparation standards.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries and sandwiches.
- Work efficiently and effectively, meeting productivity standards.
- Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions, and communicate changes to customers.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a coffee shop or cafe.
- Experience with food preparation, food handling, and cash handling.
- Knowledge of retail math and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS and food service procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
