Advanced proficiency in Excel. Hands-on, organized, rigorous, detail-oriented and data-driven. Able to work autonomously, take initiative, manage multiple priorities effectively, and consistently deliver results under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations. Interest or experience in the beauty industry is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Lead the monthly financial closing processes, ensuring seamless coordination with the accounting team to deliver accurate, timely and comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to headquarters.
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators to track business performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret financial data, provide actionable insights, and support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Forecasting & Budgeting
- Support the end-to-end process for financial forecasts, collaborating closely with commercial, marketing, and operational teams to collect inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and resource allocation.
- Analyze actual performance against forecasts, investigate variances, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations for business reviews with headquarters.
- Expense Management & Operational Support
- Proactively track, manage, and analyze operational expenses to ensure accurate financial oversight and budget compliance across all departments.
- Partner with local teams to provide financial guidance, support cost control initiatives, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Support day-to-day financial operations and participate in ad hoc analyses and projects as needed, delivering timely and insightful recommendations to stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and automate financial processes, leveraging advanced Excel skills, data visualization, and other analytical solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to document, refine, and implement best practices across financial operations, driving operational excellence and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
