Make A Smile is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey, from initial consultation to treatment completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the treatment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or dental industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus.
