Pay: $17.75–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
As the first face our guests see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs quickly and accurately.
- Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions.
- Provide recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Perform Night Audit duties when scheduled.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Follow Wyndham brand standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications
- Hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person!
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
