Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a Part-Time, Interim Compliance Manager focusing on commercial stage life sciences organizations.
Overview: Our client seeks a skilled compliance manager/compliance attorney for an estimated three-month engagement.
Company: Our client is the US subsidiary of a Global pharmaceutical company focused on hematology, oncology, and immunology therapies.
Experience: Five years’ experience advising commercial stage life sciences companies on compliance issues.
Location: Hybrid candidates preferred; open to fully remote
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the maintenance of the Client’s compliance and ethics auditing and monitoring programs.
- Ensure Office of Inspector General (OIG) compliance.
- Advise on fair market value (FMV) questions.
- Advise on needs assessment reviews.
- Meet with and advise the advertising board.
- Conduct research as necessary.
Qualifications Include:
- Excellent academic credentials including a baccalaureate degree from a well-respected university.
- Five years’ experience advising on compliance issues for commercial stage (not clinical stage) life sciences organizations.
- Command of OIG, FMV, and advertising compliance issues.
- Experience maintaining a company’s compliance monitoring program.
