What are the responsibilities and job description for the Polisher position at Major Food Group LLC?
Major Food Group is looking for Polishers join our team at Sadelle's in beautiful Highland Park Village!
Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining and is home to the most elaborate bagel and lox towers, oysters, soups, salads, sandwiches and more!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies.
- Receive, open, unpack and stock restaurant supplies.
- Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room.
- Restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen, and maintains adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is open.
- Fold napkins and make extra place settings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, or similar role
- Dependable, hard-working, and punctual a must
- Full time schedule - AM/PM availability required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills a must
