- Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up
- Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance
- Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience
- Step in to lead the store when needed
- Supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees)
- Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Help train team members on sales and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong background in sales or retail
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Results-driven, organized, and reliable
