  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including pricing, lead times, and ordering terms
  • Maintain a vendor database with pricing, lead times, MOQs, and approved alternates
  • Manage returns, restocking, and quality issues with suppliers
  • Track material costs and proactively surface pricing or availability risks to Operations and Finance

Logistics & Shipping (10%)

  • Manage outbound freight and shipping for booth transfers and inventory replenishment
  • Coordinate carriers and shipping methods to balance cost, speed, and reliability
  • Establish packaging standards and shipping documentation processes
  • Partner with Field Operations on delivery scheduling and coordination
  • Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs and shipping damage

Continuous Improvement & Reporting (10%)

  • Apply lean principles to improve supply chain workflows
  • Track and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stockout rates, supplier reliability, lead times, and freight costs
  • Analyze data to reduce waste, excess inventory, and delays
  • Lead supply chain improvement initiatives as Majestic scales

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of future inventory, receiving, or logistics team members
