We are currently seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
