Majestic Developers is seeking an Architect to support the technical execution, coordination, and delivery of commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects. This role spans production, construction administration, team support, and external coordination, with involvement from concept through construction and entitlement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Revit-based BIM models across all project phases
• Produce and support development of construction documents (CDs) including plans, wall sections, details, and schedules
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy, coordination, and permit readiness
• Identify and resolve detailing conflicts, scope gaps, and constructability issues
• Participate in and support OAC (Owner–Architect–Contractor) meetings
• Perform Construction Administration (CA) including submittal review, RFIs, site observations, and coordination with field teams
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants, ensuring alignment across disciplines
• Support permitting and entitlement efforts, including responses to AHJ comments and participation in public hearings as needed
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff through direct project involvement
• Support team oversight, helping maintain internal standards, schedule, and quality expectations
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for document control, coordination, and project tracking
• Operate with working knowledge of AIA contract frameworks, including roles and CA responsibilities

Requirements
• Licensed Architect (RA) preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (production-level competency required)
• Strong understanding of IBC, local codes, zoning, and life safety requirements
• Experience with Construction Administration and OAC coordination
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows
• Working knowledge of AIA contracts and associated responsibilities
• Experience with commercial, mixed-use, or multi-family projects
• Ability to contribute to complete, permit-ready document sets
