- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Assist with food running duties to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Support team members during peak hours to enhance service efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
